Deezol Gear Plus EP-90 is a premium, high-performance mineral gear lubricant specifically formulated to meet the demanding service requirements of manual transmissions, transaxles, steering boxes, and drive axles. It is blended from selected high-viscosity index paraffinic base stocks and fortified with an advanced Sulfur-Phosphorus performance booster package.

This extreme pressure (EP) formulation creates a durable chemical barrier that shields gear components from intense friction, severe shock loads, and high-torque operating conditions.

Extreme Pressure Protection: Contains specialized EP additives that chemically bond to metal interfaces, preventing severe gear scuffing, pitting, and component scoring under high-load stress.
Thermo-Oxidative Stability: Built to resist thermal breakdown and oxidation at sustained peak temperatures (up to 120C), minimizing harmful sludge, varnish, and sticky deposit formations.
Metal Protection & Compatibility: Provides active anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection to mechanical parts. It features low copper activity to preserve components and works reliably with automotive elastomeric seals and gaskets to prevent structural fluid leaks.
